About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach out to potential and existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales objectives through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries, providing accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
