B.com – (Corporate Secretaryship), (Inter / Semi Qualified / Final)
- Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
- Knowledge of Company Law/Corporate Law, basic accounting.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word in particular).
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge in ROC filing, MCA filing, Secretarial filing.
