Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating Montessori learning environment for young children.
• Plan and deliver hands-on, activity-based lessons that promote independence and curiosity.
• Guide children in developing cognitive, social, and motor skills through structured Montessori methods.
• Observe and assess student progress, ensuring individualized learning plans.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and child-friendly classroom atmosphere.
• Foster a love for learning through storytelling, sensory activities, and creative exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Certification in Montessori Education (mandatory).
• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori teacher in a reputed school.
