We are looking for a talented and creative WordPress / Shopify Developer to join our team in Vellore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining websites and e-commerce stores using WordPress and Shopify platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and clients to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites and Shopify stores.
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins/apps based on business requirements.
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support.
• Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in WordPress and Shopify development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid (Shopify).
• Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and SSL configuration.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WooCommerce and Shopify Apps.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
